EUROPE:
ETA (from the day it’s shipped):
EU: 5-7 days
GERMANY: 2-3 days
Please be aware that your tracking number status will be available on your national postal service site once the order lands in your country. If you don’t see any updates, it means it’s still in transit from Germany. We recommend to check often as it will eventually show up.

UK / US (except for ALASKA / PUERTO RICO / HAWAII):

US: 10-14 days

LOST / MISSING PACKAGES:
If you have not received your package, we kindly ask you to let us know within three weeks (two weeks for EU customers ) of your shipping date. Notices about undelivered goods received after the above time frames will not be considered for refund or reshipment. If your stuff does not arrive at your door within the delivery times listed above, please drop us an email ([email protected]) and we will look into it for you ASAP.

PRE-ORDERS:
- All physical pre-order items ship out from our warehouse in Berlin, usually, a week before release date so long as there are no delays in manufacturing (which would delay the advance shipping timeline). Orders outside the EU may not arrive by release day as extra time must be taken into consideration for distance traveled and customs department clearance.
- All orders that contain a pre-order item will ship when the pre-order is ready to ship. If you're placing an order with multiple items and would like items to be shipped as they are available, please place separate orders for each item individually.

RETURN POLICY:
Records are non-refundable, no matter if they are sealed or not. If you order the wrong shirt size, we can exchange it. Please place a new order w/ the correct size, and get in touch with us, so we can give you the address in Berlin (Germany) where to ship the package. As soon as the items gets returned to us, we'll send you a refund for the wrong item you ordered.
NOTE: We will refund your purchase if....
-The goods are returned to us within 30 days of you having received them.
-We receive the goods back in exactly the same condition they were when they were shipped (not washed / used / ripped...!).
- Where applicable (including when sending from the UK) provide all relevant customs information and pay any duties in advance. Please note your return may not reach us without this!
- Please write your name clearly on the outside of the return envelope.
- Shipping and handling expenses will be applied to the re-shipment. Shipping will not be refunded for returned items. Please take care that all customs and duties are pre-paid to ensure your return reaches us safely. We are not liable for items that do not reach us due to unpaid customs fees or lost items.
